how to fix the rope on the curtain rod?
I do not want to buy a new curtain rod at all. The cord on my curtain rod broke old.
Well, I do not know what type of rod you have, but I can tell the work is tedious. If the break is anywhere near the pulleys, which usually is you have to replace the whole string in one piece, eliminating the old in the process for how to run it. You have to measure the amount of cable you need and get in hardware. It is sold by the foot. Get the same type, thickness and more. You do not want to fall short when you're almost done.
