How often do you sharpen the grooves in your wedges? Is it very important for control? What tool do you use?
I was looking at accessories online and keep coming across steel wedge sharpeners. I bought my wedges new this year but my irons have a few years on them. Is it important that I sharpen the grooves in all of my clubs?
If you have any experience with different tools, is there one you would recommend?

ive never seen these tools for sale myself. but there are rules set for width and depth and shape that your grooves can be. (really only enforced on a tour not in an amateur tournament) everybody i know cleans their grooves with either a tee or a wire brush and a bristle brush(its what i use). my dad is a dentist and he has a grinder that i had him use on one of my lob wedges. he made the grooves deeper and wider. i didnt notice a difference in spin at all.
